A complimentary Concept & Spatial Planning Package, applied to your project when you sign your own Design Four construction and build agreement.
The referred client’s renovation must have a contract value of at least £30,000 excluding VAT.

Your referral code must be provided during their initial consultations or before their contract is signed.
Step 03
Your reward activates
Once their qualifying build contract is signed and their non-refundable construction deposit clears in full, your design credit becomes active.

Required commitment — to redeem the complimentary design reward, the Referrer must execute a formal Design Four Construction & Build Agreement and pay the required commitment deposit for their own prospective renovation project.
Programme terms
Eligibility & definitions.
Client advocacy is central to our growth. Under the Design Four Referral Program, existing clients or partners who refer a new client who executes a full construction/build agreement with Design Four receive a complimentary Residential Concept Design Package for their own future renovation project.
Referrer
Any individual, past client, or business contact who introduces a new potential client to Design Four using an assigned or registered referral code.
Refereed Client
A newly onboarded residential client who has had no prior contractual or commercial engagement with Design Four.
Qualifying Contract
A fully executed Design Four Construction & Renovation Contract with a minimum total build value of £30,000 (excluding VAT).
Reward unlock criteria
When your credit activates.
The complimentary design reward is strictly contingent upon satisfying all of the following conditions.
Unique Referral Code
the Refereed Client must quote the Referrer's verified referral code prior to or at the time of initial contract execution. Referral codes cannot be applied retroactively.
Deposit Settlement
the reward becomes active only after the Refereed Client has signed the formal Construction Agreement and their initial non-refundable build deposit has cleared in full in Design Four's bank account.
Project Validity
if the Refereed Client cancels, rescinds, or defaults on the agreement prior to the commencement of construction, the referral reward will be rendered void.
General limitations
The fine print.
Non-Transferable
referral rewards are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for direct cash payments or monetary refunds, and cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.
Expiration
the design reward credit must be claimed and initiated within twelve (12) months from the date of activation (deposit settlement by the Refereed Client).
Scope Capping
Design Four reserves the right to limit the total hours allocated to the complimentary design phase to a maximum of 25 working hours. Any design iterations requested beyond this allowance will be billed at standard hourly architectural rates.
Amendments
Design Four reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program terms at any time with prior notice provided on our official website. Existing locked-in rewards will remain honored.
